How To?
Please email support@ueventsupplies.com within 15 days of the order’s delivery date for authorization. All returns and exchanges must be processed by us before sending merchandise back. Please note that we do not cover the international shipping cost for return/exchange. You are responsible for your own return process and fees that might incur during the process. Once we have received the returned item we will issue you a refund.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Ueventsupplies. For returns received within 10 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original form of payment.
PLEASE NOTE: It is your responsibility to ensure that the items are packaged in original (or similar) packaging and ready for shipment.

Since the balloon itself is a fragile product, we cannot guarantee that all balloons are intact. One or two damaged balloons are normal so this cannot be used as a reason for a refund.
Under normal circumstances, we do not support unreasonable returns (except in special circumstances), so we listed the following situations

Our responsibility:
No matter what the condition, if the goods are damaged or the wrong goods are delivered, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when ueventsupplies is responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size.

Customer's responsibility
Generally, your order will be shipped within 48 to 72 hours, but it is VERY IMPORTANT that if you have a deadline you meet, you make us aware of it.
The following reasons are NOT covered by the return policy, and we are not liable for these issues:

1. Incorrect order(size of the item)
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Unwanted item
If you have received our product does not have any quality problems but you no longer want the item or simply want to exchange the item. Due to the particularity of our products, we will not sell the returned products again. Therefore, we do not accept such reasons to return the goods. 3.Improper use by customers.
Do not wash, blow in the sun, beat, rubbed excessively, or come into contact with sharp objects the balloons, etc. Please keep the unused balloons sealed in a cool place. Generally, the shelf life of the pearlescent color is longer than that of the standard color. Balloons are divided into different sizes and cannot be over-inflated

Compensation time-frame
For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days to process the solution.
After this time, the refund time frame is as below:
Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours
Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days

Note: Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. Please contact us to get the correct address if you use your own shipping method
